Virginia Yu is an interdisciplinary designer with a background in graphic design, urban design and product design.

Yu was born and raised in New York City. She left the Big Apple to obtain her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the Maryland Institute College of Art. In spring 2013, she left thousands of miles away from the United States to study abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Aside from design, Virginia is a lover of languages and cultures. She loves learning about other nationalities which explains her constant globetrotting. She currently speaks 5 languages and is now learning her 6th. When she's not traveling around the world, she's literally on the run. She is a fitness enthusiast who dreams of running a marathon one day.
